Spring clean-up: 1-2 visits starting from April 1 to April 30 (OPTIONAL - price is based on property size and condition and other factors - please contact us to get a quote).

- Leaves and debris blowing and disposal from grass, walkways, driveways, steps and patios.
- Removal of dead branches and sticks left in the wake of winter.
- Cleaning and edging of garden beds and tree rings.
- Removal of winter coverings from plants and shrubbery (if any were put on).
- Cultivation of flower beds.
- Minor pruning of evergreens and shrubbery.

Weekly maintenance plan: Weekly visits between May 1 – October 27.

- Lawn mowing
- Lawn detailing: professional trim of the borders where it meets walkways, paths, obstacles etc.
- Manual trimming of hard-to-reach places.

- Weeds removal from all paved areas.
- Blowing and disposal of leaves and debris from grass and paved areas.

- Leaves and debris blowing and disposal from grass, walkways, driveways, steps and patios.
- Winterizing perennials by trimming them down.
- Removal of annual flowers from garden beds.
- Raking of flower beds/lawns and leaves/debris removal from hard-to-reach places.
- Final cut and trim of lawn.
- Wrapping trees for winter protection (optional).
WEEKLY LAWN CUTTING

Most of the homeowners are not able to find enough time for regular grass cutting and mowing.

Our Team of professionals not just mow the lawn but also give it a finishing touch of edging and trimming with every weekly service.
EDGING OF WALKS AND FLOWERBEDS MAINTEINANCE, BLOWING
With every weekly service, we will provide a complete property cleaning service. We will trim small bushes, remove weeds from walkways and driveways and blow leaves, grass, branches, litter etc..

- When does lawn mowing start and stop?
Our lawn mowing services begin in May and end in October for a total of 6 months. Of course, you can start and stop your lawn mowing services at any time. Spring clean-up services are provided in April and Fall clean-ups in November.

- How high do you mow the grass?
Our standard cutting height is 2.5"- 3" - higher than you might expect. A higher cutting height improves the health of the lawn significantly, helping to shade the tender roots of the lawn, and outcompete small weeds.
In the fall we typically reduce our height to 2"- 2.5" to make it easier to collect fall leaves and to leave the lawn looking neat for the winter months.
If you want your lawn mowed higher or lower than our standard cutting height, just let us know. Our team will be happy to help.
- How do I pay?
We accept payments by E-transfer, credit cards, cheque or cash.

WINTER MAINTENANCE PACKAGE:
Reliable residential snow removal services. Our monthly plans included complete coverage through the winter, with unlimited visits from our full-time staff, and support from a dedicated office team.
We offer a premium residential snow removal service. Unlike the competition, our team is year-round staff who work at JNB Landscaping, and are committed to delivering the same high standards for snow removal as we do for our landscape services.
We work exclusively on seasonal contracts - we divide your price into five equal monthly payments, and you get complete snow coverage through the winter. Our team is reliable, with service times typically under eight hours, with updates via e-mail during storms.

SIMPLE MONTHLY PLANS: Your seasonal snow removal services run from November 15th through April 15th, with a simple, monthly flat rate.

UNLIMITED VISITS: There's no limit on the number of storms we service. Our staff are on call all winter long with you as their top priority.

5CM THRESHOLD: We service every snow storm that accumulates just 5cm of snow or more.
