HOW DOES IT WORK?
-
We provide fall cleanup services in Toronto in November, before winter hits. Fall cleanup services are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is one of the busiest season of the year, so booking in advance is recommended.
-
We will stop by your property and assess it. We will then provide a free, no obligation quote for your review in 1-2 business days. All the projects are quoted as one-time jobs and are not subject to hourly billing. So you know exactly how much a project will cost.
-
Once the quote is approved, we will schedule the job for the next available timeslot. Our team will arrive to your property fully equipped to tackle the work.
-
We will issue an invoice at the completion of work. We accept credit cards, cheques, Interac e-transfer or cash as methods of payment.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Our fall cleanups include two visits in November to winterize your gardens, collect leaves and other debris.
-
During the initial visit, scheduled for either the first or second week of November, we prune and winterize your gardens and collect all leaves and debris present on your property at that time.
-
On our second visit, scheduled for the third or fourth week of November, we will collect any leaves and debris that have accumulated since our first visit, ensuring that your property is thoroughly cleared and prepared for winter.

OVERSEEDING
3-IN-1 GRASS SEED & FEED
Everyone wants a thick and healthy lawn. Overseeding is the practice of adding new grass seed into a lawn.

Is your lawn looking thin and brown?
Your lawn may over time start to show signs of wear and age. Overseeding helps restore the overall density of your lawn, as well as helping to fill in sparse areas, keeping your yard looking its best. New grass seed assists in thickening up these areas before they continue to worsen and problems arise. Overseeding incorporates advanced grass varieties enhanced with endophytes, reducing the need for water and fertilizer, bolstering resistance against insects and diseases, and naturally deterring weeds.

Our overseeding treatment not only includes the application of a layer of new grass seeds, but also contains:
-
Organic, weed-free granular topdressing.
-
Nutrient-rich starter fertilizer.
This premium blend of fully certified grass seed, topdressing and fertilizer is expertly combined to rejuvenate depleted soils and enhance turf density, revive worn spots and ensuring lush, vibrant growth all in one step.
How is it applied?
-
Lawn Mowing: Before overseeding, we'll need to cut your grass a little shorter than normal and bag the clippings.
-
Raking the lawn: We'll rake the lawn to help loosen the top layer of soil and remove any dead grass and debris. This will give the grass seed easy access to the soil so it can root more easily after germinating.
-
3-IN-1 blend application: Our premium grass seed and feed blend is then carefully spread and evenly applied across the lawn, delivering the required amount of nutrients, grass seed and fertilizer to meet the lawns requirements and ensure it grows healthy.
When Is the Best Time to Over-Seed?
Spring and Fall are usually the best times to overseed, since soil and air temperatures are warm and natural rainfall is common. These conditions greatly enhance seed germination and significantly improve the chances of successful establishment.
